SAT-7 Prepares For Easter Musical Special

SAT-7 ARABIC will air a number of Easter programs, including apologetic shows, documentaries, and films (such as the JESUS Film) during the upcoming month. Crews in Egypt have also been working on a seven-part original musical about the resurrection. The special program will begin with a host talking about the meaning of the resurrection and that segment will be followed by the musical special—part of which was recorded with a chamber orchestra. The writer says, “we really wanted to focus on the resurrection. Often Easter programs focus on Christ’s suffering, but for this program we wanted to concentrate on why Christ was raised from the dead.”

Many have written that when they experienced the Word of God through broadcasts over SAT-7, they knew instantly that they were watching AND hearing ultimate truth.  Here are some recent SAT-7 ARABIC viewers’ comments:

• I live in Libya. I love all your programs and would like to thank you for spreading the word of God to the entire world. – a man in Libya

• Hi, I am a professional TV director from Morocco who respects your channel so much because it presents wonderful programs that respect all human beings no matter what their religious background. It would be an honor to volunteer to work for your channel.

• We are a couple from Iraq. We have an 8 month old daughter. We serve God. The real problem is that a serious conflict happened between me and my wife. We have hurt each other with words that really broke the bond between us. We are considering a divorce. My wife wants to abandon me. Our daughter is screaming and crying all the day. I don’t want to lose my family. Please pray for me.
