North Africa has a rich history, once home to church fathers Tertullian, Cyprian, and Augustine. In the fourth century, Christianity even became the provinces’ official religion. So it seems an injustice that few living there today have access to resources for Christian growth. Illiteracy, unemployment, and early marriage further this inequity by isolating millions of North Africans from the outside world.*
Still, God’s truth continues to make its way to the most isolated and under-served groups. They are turning on the TV – or going online – to access programs that offer education, discipleship, fellowship, women’s rights awareness, and more.
SAT-7 television helps level the playing field in North Africa. Innovative TV programs support marginalized groups and help viewers understand their rights. They offer a free basic education for all – promoting tolerance, critical thinking, and positive civic involvement.
Thank you for your support that is helping SAT-7 minister to at least 24 million viewers! Together, we can make the Gospel available to the other 476 million who have access to satellite TV but have not yet tuned in to SAT-7. Sponsor broadcasts, and share your hope with the Middle East and North Africa.
