Kim joined SAT-7 in 2015 and has served in multiple capacities, currently as Development Operations Manager.

Development Operations Manager (DOM) is SAT-7’s CRM Administrator and is at the forefront of driving actionable insight through data. The role provides the fundraising teams with analytical ability and problem-solving skills to translate data into critical insights that optimize SAT-7 USA’s engagement with its various audiences and constituent groups and helps it achieve its annual giving goals.

The DOM role also involves engaging new and legacy ministry partners, touches to a select group of mid-level ministry partners as directed by VP of Development, stewarding them to higher levels of gifting and engagement.  Kim’s attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment continue to propel her daily in the mission that all will have the opportunity to hear the Gospel message of Christ in the Middle East and North Africa.

Kim enjoys the opportunity to pray with ministry partners, assist them with their giving to current initiatives, and answer their questions.

She spent twenty years as a commercial property and liability insurance agent, account manager, and underwriter before coming to SAT-7.

Kim, her husband Dean, and their son live in Northern Kentucky. She is active in her church and enjoys volunteering in many capacities and enjoys weightlifting, singing, and spending time with her family.
