Prayer Becomes a Testimony

When circumstances feel overwhelming, prayer can become an expression of trust, a way of placing our needs into God’s hands and believing He can provide. Nahia, a woman from Egypt, reached out to SAT-7’s Viewer Support Team during a difficult season. Her husband had lost his job, leaving their family facing financial pressure and loans.

She asked the team to pray that her husband would find new employment. The Viewer Support Team listened with compassion and prayed with confidence in God’s provision. Nahia continued to hold onto that hope, even telling her husband, “Someone is praying that God will send you a good job.”

Then, unexpectedly, her husband’s phone rang.

“They told him, ‘Come now, there’s a good job for you,’” Nahia shared. “We truly thank God, and he is currently on his way to start the job.” What had seemed like an overwhelming financial situation suddenly had a new answer.

Nahia rejoiced, recognizing God’s hand in the timing and provision. “When I spoke to you, I was truly confident in God and your prayers,” she said. The Viewer Support Team celebrated with Nahia, giving all the glory to the Lord and continuing to pray for her family and the days ahead.

Nahia’s story reminds us that God hears the prayers of His children. Sometimes His answers come in ways we could never anticipate, and sometimes they arrive through an unexpected phone call at exactly the right moment.
