I watch all of your live shows. Sometimes I watch for 4-5 hours a day. I owe the changes in my life to SAT‑7’s programs; I don’t have any other source, as I have no Christian friends and no Bible."

Mirna,* a Christian woman in her late-20s from Egypt, contacted SAT‑7 to receive guidance in her faith journey. Previously consumed by addiction, our team helped her find a closeness with God that she had longed for for many years.
“I tried many times to have a relationship with God but had failed,” Mirna explained to our team. “I used to feel hungry for God, but felt like I could never find Him. I questioned if God had rejected me.”
Our Viewer Support Team sympathized with Mirna and affirmed her desire for a relationship with the Lord. Over the course of several lengthy conversations, our team prayed with her and encouraged her to cultivate an active prayer life and meditate on God’s Word.
Mirna eagerly began putting everything into practice. “I started taking these steps, but need prayer for my perseverance,” she said. “I committed to spending time with the Lord, even when I was at work or on public transport, or when I was alone, I talked to Him… I appreciate your teaching and prayers for me. I am truly grateful.”
“Significant Change”
The changes were small at first. “For the past three or four days, I’ve been committed to my quiet time with the Lord, and I was able to pray with less distraction,” Mirna said. “There was also a difficult situation that happened in the past couple of days, and I found peace within me.”
As Mirna continued to interact with our Viewer Support Team and exercise her faith, she started reaping the rewards. “I want to testify that I am truly experiencing a power from God that I have never felt before,” she said. “Since I started walking on my path with God, there has been significant change.”
God’s power swept through different areas of Mirna’s life, impacting her desires as well as her actions. “Many struggles and addictions in my life were hard to stop; now, I can easily say no,” she shared.
As she continues to grow in her relationship with God, Mirna still experiences setbacks, but she trusts in His ongoing guidance and encouragement: “Sometimes I feel like I can’t continue, but God always sends me messages or people that encourage me,” she explained. “When I reach a dark place, I feel His light in the darkness telling me to keep going.”

In the past, I didn’t believe in God, but recently I was baptized. My mother-in-law is not a Christian but supported me in becoming a Christian. We were both watching your channel when you invited us for a prayer. And she lifted up her hands and prayed with you. I was very surprised and impressed. You are making really good and effective programs. The Lord works in places you cannot always see."
