God Makes All Things Possible

As humans, we tend to bend to the will of our desires. Unfortunately, these desires will never be satisfied because what we truly need is a relationship with God. Borzo, a viewer from the MENA, contacted SAT-7 to share his story of decades of addiction that he couldn’t overcome except with the help of God.

Borzo shared, “I was addicted to opium for 20 years. I went to a detox clinic where they gave me methadone. I used methadone for ten years, and I still couldn’t quit the drugs.” Years of attempts to quit, plus seeking help from professionals, weren’t enough for Borzo to overcome his addiction.

“In 2021, God helped me quit within a week. I no longer use drugs,” he continued. Borzon experienced decades of being a prisoner to drugs. With the power of God, he was released from his chains and now experiences a new life of sobriety.

When all hope feels lost, no matter how many resources are available, God is the ultimate healer and deliverer. God makes all things possible.
