“Government Agents Searched My House”

It is difficult to fathom the unlawful search and seizure of your home when you live in a country bound by certain laws. However, for viewers like Kian in Iran, these unlawful searches occur often, leaving their homes in shambles.

Kian contacted SAT-7 to share his testimony about a time when government agents in Iran came into his home and how that experience shaped his future. Kian shared, “One day, when I wasn’t at home, government agents poured in and searched my house, but the only two books they took away were the Bible and my Bible Lexicon. Afterwards, I was summoned to report to the government.”

Kian felt confused about the items that were taken from his home. He continued, “It was strange to me that out of all the books that I had, they only took the Bible and the lexicon, from the home of an atheist at the time.”

Thankfully, God’s plan was revealed to Kian later. “It was only later, when the God of love looked kindly on me, immersed in sin as I was, and I received the free gift of salvation from our loving Lord Jesus Christ, that I understood. Those government agents at the time knew that if my line of research into the Bible was to continue, it would finally end in the understanding of the amazing victory in the Holy Trinity,” he said.

His final comment was, “If the SAT-7 PARS channel and other Christian channels weren’t available, we Christians inside Iran would have little theological understanding. May the glorious God protect you, dear kind friends.”
